Pi2: Quare Core Arm7, 1GB RAM

The Raspberry Pi 2 is the stuff. Check out the video showing RetroPiev2.3 updated for the Pi2 and see how it handles PS1, Sega 32X, and Neo Geo MVS games.

The newer RetroPie image (v2.6) runs N64 games well, but there's is a bit of instablity and configuation issues, which is why I have not posted the image . I'm going to wait a bit until it is ironed out by the PetRockBlock community.

This is the Porta Pi Arcade v4.5 image.

I used my preconfigured RetroPie v2.3 image (Porta Pi OS v4.1) and updated for the Pi 2. Here's a brief summary of what I did:

*mount preconfigured image*
*expand file system*
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install raspberrypi-ui-mods
sudo apt-get apt-get clean
*download & install newest Retrogame file from Adafruit Github*
sudo make Retrogame.c
alsamixer (set volume to 80)
*disable overscan*
*overclock Pi2 Modest 800MHz*
sudo apt-get autoremove
